What happens after the conflict? Conflicting peoples lose a lot and a lot of their diverse resources, and they become in dire need for reconstruction and building what has been destroyed for the sake of future generations. This process requires many requirements for material survival, social, institutional, planning, and financial requirements, so that it is translated into policies and operational plans for reconstruction and building all that destroyed by conflicts.
No matter how long the periods of conflict in the countries are, the conflict must end, whether by political reconciliation between the parties, or by a conditional agreement, or by the defeat or victory of one of the parties, so work and preparation are made to carry out the reconstruction process for what was destroyed during the conflict because the losses and the level of destruction is high, and beyond the armed conflict. ? It is evident in the images of the destruction of residential buildings, public facilities such as schools and hospitals, bridges, mosques, and roads, In addition to the destruction of the infrastructure of state institutions, the collapse of the economic system represented by the deterioration of economic conditions, the collapse of the local currency and the inflation of its value at the internal level in exchange for the increase in the value of the foreign currency (the dollar), the deterioration of the living conditions of civilians, the weak effectiveness of the state and laws inside the country and the spread of corruption in different names of administrative corruption The financial, moral, and the emergence of the problems of the displaced and refugees, the collapse of the public services system for civilians, and other destructive images of the conflict.
Therefore, most peoples are looking forward to the reconstruction process, and here it is necessary to set priorities for building various plans for a special central strategy to build what is left of the conflict and to save what remains of those cities, and build what can be rebuilt to preserve the lives of civilians. So many questions start about from where to start?
What are the strategies required to overcome the reality of these countries?

What are the necessary mechanisms to finance reconstruction strategies?
What are the difficulties that will face the reconstruction in these countries?
To answer these questions, it is necessary to start spreading the culture of reconstruction. What these peoples need requires work on political stability and insistence on stability within the country, strengthening the state's capabilities to maintain security, reducing the chances of a return to conflict, ensuring the rule of law and protecting human rights and unifying visions and goals of all political blocs, parties and organizations towards the process of building their homelands, with the concerted efforts of workers in institutions, whether governmental or private, to work on rebuilding each in its field, to employ the local media to spread the culture of reconstruction in a way commensurate with the various groups and classes of society, to spread the culture of love for the country first (my country first), unifying the path of the institutions of these countries towards spreading the culture of reconstruction, including civil society organizations, and striving to enhance their role in spreading and reconstruction, to benefit from the workers of these peoples in various fields to achieve the well-being of all their children.
Post-conflict peoples will be in the face of reality to rebuild what these conflicts left behind, and this is a strong challenge, because these peoples' relapse after the length of the conflict means that they will continue to suffer from deteriorating conditions for the worse for longer periods, so it is imperative to unite all efforts for the building and reconstruction process.
